Soft White Cheese

Our take on the classic Feta, Dairy Day’s soft white cheese is the perfect ingredient for salads, lunch platters and cooked pastries and tarts. Freshly produced at our Hertfordshire base, our 100% cow’s milk variety is made from milk sourced entirely from local farms. Less salty than many imported cheeses, it has a full flavour with no added preservatives. An excellent source of calcium and protein, our Soft White Cheese is lower in fat than many cheeses and is suitable for vegetarians. We love cutting it into cubes to mix with olives for the ultimate savoury snack.
