Hummus

Made to our own family recipe, Dairy Day’s original hummus is produced in small batches to ensure it is super fresh and packed with flavour. Delicious dips are a special part of every family celebration at Dairy Day so we are very selective about what ingredients go into them. Sourcing as much as possible locally, we aim to create the perfect balance of creamy indulgence and savoury satisfaction. Our classic hummus combines the highest quality chickpeas with just the right amount of tahini and garlic to give it the very best flavour. Delicious with the traditional choices of pitta or chopped vegetables, our humus is also great when spread on toast, accompanying falafel…we’ve even been known to add it to mashed potato. High in calcium and protein and suitable for vegetarians – a pot of our Humus is always open at our Hertfordshire base and usually about to be finished!
