Freshly produced in decadent rolls and likened to clotted cream, our Kaymak is delicious when eaten with a drizzle of honey for the ultimate sweet tangy treat. It is also the perfect accompaniment for puddings and desserts – we love it served alongside freshly baked Baklava. Our Kaymak is lovingly made, following a traditional method, at our Hertforshire base. Using locally sourced Cow’s milk/Buffalo Milk – Dairy Day’s cream is the freshest available in the UK. This is simply a unique product, that will bring delicious dairy decadence to any meal.
