Made with the highest quality grilled aubergines, our classic Baba Ganouch combines delicious vegetables with just the right amount of tahini and garlic to give it the very best flavour. Made to our Grandmother’s recipe, Dairy Day’s Baba Ganouch is produced in small batches to ensure it is super fresh and packed with flavour. Delicious dips are a special part of every family celebration at Dairy Day so we are very selective about what ingredients go into them. Sourcing as much as possible locally, we aim to create the perfect balance of creamy indulgence and savoury satisfaction. Delicious with the traditional choices of pitta or chopped vegetables, our Baba Ganouch is also great when spread on toast or accompanying falafel. Once opened, a pot of Dairy Day Baba Ganouch rarely makes it back to the fridge!
