Now a firm favourite with our cheese-lovers, we have been producing our signature Halloumi in the UK for a decade. With a high melting-point it holds its shape when cooked and becomes creamier in texture – it is delicious when grilled, pan-fried or thinly sliced. Made from cow’s milk, our Halloumi is suitable for vegetarians and high in protein, making it a popular meat substitute.
